This is very flexible self catering holiday accommodation,on one level, with no internal steps or thresholds. There are two gentle steps to approach the main entrance, though if necessary a temporary ramp can be installed. |
Two of the bedrooms each have their own private en-suite with large shower cubicles and the other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom. In addition, there is a separate cloak room with wc and washbasin. |

A special feature of this accommodation is the very large dining table that comfortably seats 12, but could easily fit 14. |

Both kitchens are well appointed, and in addition to modern oven/hob/fridge/microwave, each has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The Stables kitchen has in addition a tumble dryer machine. |

Whilst all rooms have views into the central courtyard, the Coach House in particular has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside, often with Red Deer and abundant other wild life appearing across the valley. |
Under floor heating is provided for by an eco friendly Air Source Heat pump that also provides lots of domestic hot water. The flooring is farmhouse flagstones throughout, which when the under floor heating is on, provides a wonderful feel to the place.
Log fires are also fitted in both lounges, with a welcoming full basket of logs, just to give the accommodation that extra glow on those long winter evenings, or indeed just to set the scene and give that wonderful country smell. |
To complete that country feel, all windows have internal shutters. Here a photograph taken in the Coach House. |
The central courtyard is very secluded and sheltered, with two large picnic tables and a gas BBQ available upon request, free of charge.
There is ample parking for several cars, just a few metres away from the complex, though it may be possible to park a small car just inside the courtyard for anyone with mobility problems, or indeed just to unload.
