The flat is approached via an external stairway, up to the main door, which leads directly into the large open plan kitchen/diner/ lounge.

A special feature of this room is the spectacular views over the front and side gardens, and down the river Barle valley and beyond.

The accommodation is centrally heated in conjunction with the main house, though there is addition heating if required.

The bedroom is just two small steps up and is furnished with a large comfortable double bed. The bedroom has a view over the rear garden with its wild life and plantings.

Just off from the bedroom is a separate wc and bathroom. Also, though normally locked, there is access to the main house in case additional bedrooms are required.
